Let’s integrate artificial intelligence responsibly so that it supports people, aligns with values, and drives meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
Human-Centered by Design
AI should serve people, not replace them. Tabula Ethica helps organizations leverage AI to augment human expertise, rather than replace it.
Intentional Innovation
Responsible AI isn’t about moving slowly; it’s about moving wisely. Strategic foresight leads to resilient, forward-thinking innovation.
Hi, I’m Francesca.
After more than a decade leading digital strategy, content governance, and user-centered design for mission-driven organizations, I now help teams navigate the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence (AI) with clarity, responsibility, and confidence. My work spans the architecture profession, academia, and global public service, always grounded in clarity, collaboration, and long-term impact.
At The American Institute of Architects, I led enterprise digital initiatives that streamlined digital content processes for user-optimized experiences, boosting engagement, performance, and trust. With a background in managing large cross-functional teams and shaping digital ecosystems, I bring both strategic vision and operational precision.
At Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), I managed global communications across campuses in Washington, D.C., Bologna, and Nanjing, expanding international reach and audience engagement through a culturally responsive strategy. These experiences shape my consulting practice with practical governance frameworks, evolving global standards, and a strong commitment to ethical, human-centered AI. My academic foundation includes graduate and undergraduate degrees in communications and international marketing, as well as a global study experience in Rome. I am currently pursuing an ongoing specialization in the ethical and strategic application of artificial intelligence.
I launched Tabula Ethica AI to help organizations navigate artificial intelligence with clarity, care, and responsibility. My work builds on a background in digital strategy, communications, and governance, strengthened by advanced training in AI ethics and governance through programs at Oxford University, The London School of Economics and Political Science, Wharton, and IBM.
At its core, this work is about aligning innovation with human values and creating the space to do so with integrity and intention. Whether I’m developing AI policy and governance, conducting AI ethics and governance audits, or leading AI workshops for teams or individuals, my work centers on people, transparency, and long-term impact. Responsible AI isn’t just ethical; it’s how forward-thinking organizations build trust and lead with integrity.
Work Approach
Collaboratively. Aligning with teams on AI solutions that fit with organizational goals and culture.
Practically. Delivering tools, templates, and guidance that make responsible AI adoption clear and manageable.
Transparently. Every engagement prioritizes plain language, shared understanding, and ethical clarity.

Governance as Strategy
Governance isn’t just for data teams; it’s a strategy for digital communicators, too. We support professionals in using AI with integrity, through thoughtful structures that reduce risk and keep people at the center.
