Hi, I’m Francesca.

I’ve spent more than 20 years working at the intersection of communications, technology, and organizational change, leading digital strategy, content governance, and large-scale platform transformations at institutions such as Johns Hopkins SAIS and The American Institute of Architects.

I founded Tabula Ethica AI to help organizations navigate artificial intelligence thoughtfully, including a biweekly newsletter that interprets AI through a human-centered lens, as well as governance frameworks, ethics audits, and workshops for teams putting it into practice.

My work is shaped by executive certificate programs in AI from the Oxford Artificial Intelligence Programme (Saïd Business School) and ethics of AI from the London School of Economics and Political Science, along with additional coursework in AI strategy and governance.
