Our goal is to help organizations integrate artificial intelligence responsibly, so that it supports people, aligns with values, and drives meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
Human-Centered by Design
AI should serve people, not replace them. We help organizations use AI to amplify human expertise, not eliminate it.
Governance as Strategy
Ethical AI requires structure, not guesswork. We provide clear, actionable frameworks that reduce risk and support long-term trust.
Intentional Innovation
Responsible AI isn’t about moving slowly; it’s about moving wisely. Strategic foresight leads to resilient, forward-thinking innovation.
How My Journey Began
Hi, I’m Francesca. After more than a decade leading digital strategy, content governance, and user-centered design for mission-driven organizations, I now help teams navigate the opportunities and risks of AI with clarity, responsibility, and confidence. My work spans architecture, academia, and global public service, always grounded in clarity, collaboration, and long-term impact.
At The American Institute of Architects, I led enterprise digital initiatives that streamlined thousands of pages into a user-optimized experience, boosting engagement, performance, and trust. With a background in managing large cross-functional teams and shaping digital ecosystems, I bring both strategic vision and operational precision.
As AI continues to reshape how we work and communicate, I’ve deepened my expertise through formal training, including a certificate from Oxford University and coursework in AI Ethics at the London School of Economics. At Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), I managed global communications across campuses in Washington, D.C., Bologna, and Nanjing, expanding international reach and audience engagement through culturally responsive strategy. These experiences shape my consulting practice with practical governance frameworks, evolving global standards, and a strong commitment to ethical, human-centered AI. My academic foundation includes graduate and undergraduate degrees in communications and international marketing, as well as a global study experience in Rome. I am currently pursuing an ongoing specialization in the ethical and strategic application of artificial intelligence.
Whether I’m developing AI policy and governance, conducting AI ethics and governance audits, or leading AI team or individual workshops, my work centers on people, transparency, and long-term impact. Responsible AI isn’t just ethical; it’s how forward-thinking organizations build trust and lead with integrity.
